Refunds & delivery

Delivery. All MAX METHOD products are digital. After payment your PDFs appear in your Whop library, together with your personal licence key for the members area on this site. Delivery is immediate; if nothing arrives within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then write to hello@maxmethod.fit and we will resend.

Right to cancel (UK/EU). By completing a purchase you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to cancel once delivery has begun.

Refunds. Because the products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are final once the files have been delivered, except: a duplicate charge for the same order; a faulty file we cannot fix within 7 days; or where consumer law in your country requires a refund.

Licence. Products are for the personal use of the buyer. Your licence key is tied to your purchase email and works on up to 2 of your devices. Sharing, reselling or redistributing the files or your key is not permitted. A refunded purchase or a shared key stops working.
