What we collect. When you buy, our payment provider (Whop) collects your name, email, billing country and payment details to process the order and deliver the files; we never see your full card number. We receive your email and order details so we can deliver and support your purchase.

Members area. When you unlock, your email and licence key are sent over HTTPS to our server, which asks Whop whether the key is valid and belongs to that email. To keep each key to its owner, we store only one-way hashes of your key, your email and a random device ID that your browser creates, plus your Whop membership ID. We never store your email or key in readable form. Your connection’s IP address is used briefly, in hashed form, to block repeated guessing. Your key, lesson progress and currency preference stay in your own browser (local storage).

Analytics and cookies. This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. To improve the site, our own analytics, kept on our own server, counts page views, the website you came from, your device size, your browser’s time zone (to tell US from UK visitors), how far you scroll, which sections you reach and which buy buttons you click. We do not store your IP address, name or email for this. A code that changes every day lets us count unique visitors per day without recognising you on later days. Records are deleted after 13 months. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded, and you can switch it off here: Turn off analytics on this device. Videos on the Form Vault open on YouTube, which applies its own privacy policy.

Email. We email you about your order and, only if you agree, about MAX METHOD news. You can unsubscribe from news at any time; transactional emails about your purchase still apply.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at hello@maxmethod.fit. We comply with the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and applicable US state privacy laws.
